Another shot from Home Street Christmas from last year here in Austin, Texas. Got to love the creative folks there who share their neighborhood every Christmas with everyone. Thanks y’all!
Lost Maples, Vanderpool, Texas – Finding any kind of fall foliage color (other than brown) can be a challenge in Texas…but not at Lost Maples – Red Oaks, Lacey Oaks and Maples are found in this secluded area and when the weather has been cooperative in the fall, they put on a very colorful show!

The Valley of Ice in Sonora Caverns here in Texas… HDR is a really great way to capture this cave, I think, though it does take some careful processing to tone done the overly red/orange of the lighting…but it really brings out the textures, shadows and highlights. More to come in the future.
Morning Glories for labor day – Top image is the full image, bottom is same image, just cropped!
Little bit of Fall color from the Longhord Cavern entrance, up near Inks Lake in the Texas Hill country.
