Sculptures adorn many of the buildings in Paris – I don’t remember which building this is from, actually, but think it is a pretty cool thing to have on a facade, the horse’s eyes are just crazy!

Upon arrival in Paris, my friend Claire whisked me away to a special place that she’d knew I’d love – the Trocadero. And evenmore so with the recent rain, the reflections made for some grand photography. Single shot HDR, toned with Nik HDR Efex and then some additional work in photoshop.

Looking up as you enter Notre Dame you will see many pieces of art that make up the structure of the cathedral.
