On July 4th, we were watched intently (for dropped food) as we set up for the fireworks on town lake.

The classic Driskill hotel in downtown Austin is a fabulous place to shoot HDR (and it is where Trey Ratcliff held his HDR workshop). Here is a sitting area near the entrace to the bar from the hotel, under the watchful eyes of the Bull.

Kids playing in the fountain last summer near Lady Bird Lake. I’ve heard that the fountain is closed right now while the city puts in some better filters – apparently bits of plastic and things were clogging up the system!
From inside the offices of the Grad School at UT… here is Dolly and the 1909 class window. A good friend of mine works in the offices near here so gave me a nice tour and let me take some photos while there. Much appreciated!
