Something you can see a lot of in Texas in the spring – Bluebonnets – and year round – rocks! Here they are together at Inks Lake from Easter Day 2010.

When you are looking for wildflowers in Texas, you need look no further than the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin. They have great flora and art all year round… here are some bluebonnets just waiting for their close-ups from last spring.

This spring, we had a fabulous wildflower season – bluebonnets and paint brushes in bloom everywhere. Had the chance to go out several times to shoot…here is my best bud, Cody, suffering to pose for me…

Along Route 4 Blue Bonnets and Paintbrushes were in bloom on Easter morning. This is the road between Ink’s Lake and Longhorn Caverns about an hour from Austin, Texas.
